We transformed a dated apartment into a modern, mid-century inspired home through a full gut renovation. The original closed-off kitchen was completely reimagined — walls were opened to create an airy layout centered around a new island, with all appliances seamlessly paneled for a clean, contemporary look. Warm wood tones and mid-century lines bring character and sophistication throughout.

The renovation extended beyond the kitchen, with new flooring, baseboards, trim moldings, window trims, doors, and finishes renewed from the ground up. The bathroom was redesigned with terrazzo flooring, classic subway tiles, and brass accents, including a custom shower niche that adds both function and elegance. To adapt the home to modern living, we expanded the bedroom, added a dedicated dining area, and divided an additional room into two home office spaces. The result is a cohesive design that balances timeless style with the comfort and practicality of everyday life.
